Canines are a proven law enforcement tool that has the potential to save officers time and lives. Their keen sense of hearing, smell (olfactory) coupled with their speed and agility can locate people or objects, such as evidence, in less time than officers. In high risk situations, the canine can approach or subdue a person without personal injury risk to officers, who can otherwise have to deal with the incident alone.

BUCK

Buck is a Belgian Malinois who was born in the Netherlands. The Malinois breed is a favorite of Military and Law Enforcement Units around the globe. Malinois are quick learners and eager to do whatever their people ask of them. They excel in obedience, tracking, agility, flyball, herding, showing, search and rescue, police work, Schutzhund, and other protection sports.

DUKE

Duke is a Bloodhound who was on the East Coast of the United States. Boodhounds have a great sense of smell which researchers estimate is at least 1,000 times stronger than a human's. Once a bloodhound finds a scent trail matching the odor image, it can follow that specific smell despite all the other odors in the environment. Bloodhounds have been known to follow a scent trail for more than 130 miles.
