Set-up: 9:00am - 10:00am

Note: Booths must be set up by 10:00am, no late set ups will be allowed.

Tear-down: 2:00pm

Note: Early tear down is not allowed.

 

Electricity is limited and is on a first come, first served basis. It is the vendor’s responsibility to tape down any and all electrical cords to and from their booth space.

 

You must provide your own EZ-UP/Shade cover, Chairs, Tables.

 

Visibility of the K9 Demonstration will be limited from the vendor area. Someone must be in your booth at all times. We are not responsible for unattended booths.

 

Food and drinks are not provided, and there are NO DOGS allowed at the event. The event is held outdoors and subject to nature. There are no refunds for rainy or unusual weather conditions or acts of God. This event is a rain or shine event. There are no refunds once you have been accepted as a vendor for this event. As a vendor, please ensure that you follow all guidelines from the California State Board of Equalization. All State, County and District taxes from merchandise sold by each vendor is their sole responsibility.

 

Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Vendors will receive an email confirmation of their application and participation. Vendors will be given priority booth assignments based on the date of sign-up with completed application and full payment. Once Paws 4 Law meets the vendor quota, space will be closed.

 

Booth Fees Include:

• one-day booth space

• one-day booth insurance

• one-day Temporary Vendor Special Event Permit
